At Bal Bharat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your unique return ID.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the prepared package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 7 working days.
